Shipping and Delivery

All prints are produced to order.

Please allow between 7 - 12 business days for production time before dispatch (including Express Shipping orders). All orders are then shipped from Perth, Western Australia, via Australia Post.

You will receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your order.

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150 (not including production time). 

For orders under $150 there is a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for standard Australia Post shipping.

Express Australia Post shipping is available on all orders for $30.

All of our prints are carefully packed into heavy duty mailers or mailing tubes to ensure proper protection. 

Once your print arrives, carefully remove it from the mailing tube if applicable, and lay it flat on a clean, dry surface with something heavy enough placed on the corners (such as a book) to keep it flat over night. You can then place your print into the matching A-Series size frame.

Please note : Shipping times may vary depending on Australia Post and are out of Prayer in Pastel Gallery's control. Prayer in Pastel Gallery is not liable for any shipping delays. 

All items are made to order and carefully inspected prior to shipping. Should you receive your order damaged in any way from transit, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item to assist. If you contact us after 72 hours of receiving your order, please note that Prayer in Pastel Gallery may not accept your damage claim.
